Our Motto is: We take care of pets and their people!
We look forward to sharing our purpose and motto with you and your pets.
We are proud to take an active part in our community!
At Westchase Veterinary, we understand the need for partnerships between rescue organizations and veterinary hospitals. That is why we have partnered with four groups in our area: Bay Area Greyhounds, St Francis Society Animal Rescue, and Lost Angels Rescue. All of these groups are non-profit, charitable organizations run by volunteers that strive to provide medical care and homes for animals in need.
In 2004 Westchase Veterinary Center and Emergency first opened their doors to the Westchase and surrounding communities. Originally located on the corner of Racetrack and Countryway in Westchase, we saw our first patient before our exam room even had doors. Our Doctors had been working in the field for over 14 years when the clinic opened, and they were ready to start practicing high quality medicine, efficiently, compassionately, and fairly. Our motto then and for always has been to take care of both pets and their people.
After a few years, we outgrew our small office and moved to our current, larger location at Linebaugh and Countryway in July 2006. As we continued to grow, renovations took place again in 2011. At that time we went up, adding doctors’ offices on our second floor so that we could utilize what had formally been the office as a digital radiology/ultrasound suite.
Westchase Veterinary is home to six outstanding veterinarians, each bringing something special to the Westchase area. Our mission is to provide our clients with the most state of the art veterinary medicine available. Our medical director is Dr. Tamara Berlin. Our associate veterinarians are Dr. Nichole Reyes, board certified surgeon, Dr. Colby Burns, Dr. Molly Barr.
As these doctors joined our team, we were able to extend our hours to Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Dr. Colby Burns’ addition as a board certified surgeon has allowed us to offer our clients orthopedic, advanced orthopedic, and advanced soft tissue surgery. Our clients can now have these procedures done here at Westchase, where we know their pets best, rather than being sent out for a referral at a specialty clinic. The most recent addition to our clinic is Dr. Molly Barr. Her addition allows us to have another veterinarian available to be able to see and treat your furry friends.

You Will be Amazed by Our Humanity and Caring
The All Pet Care Hospital goal is to provide loving care and compassion for our animal friends and client owners. We are dedicated to the total health of each individual pet by assisting you through information, education, and gentle, kind care in support of your pets’ welfare.
“We look for team members that have a well-developed ‘give a darn,’” says Doc Springer.
Medical Advice Based on Science and Experience
Because everyone here loves animals, the team members at All Pet Care Hospital in Clearwater continually develop new ways to complement our service and your pet’s well being.
We practice evidence-based medicine. Evidence-based medicine means we advise you of what diagnostics and treatment will work best for you and your pet based on the best quality evidence available today. Many of the treatments come from Western, allopathic medicine. But many pets will recover and heal with herbal, homeopathic, Bach flower remedies, Reiki, pheromones, and other therapies either as the whole treatment or as an enhancement to conventional treatment.
Each year, All Pet Care invests in the team by attending the the largest veterinary education conference, the North American Veterinary Conference. Learning includes all facets of veterinary medicine from Laser surgery for the Docs, to microscopic sample examination for the Techs, to management and customer care for the Receptionists! A healthy pet being a happy pet, we will do our best to accommodate all your veterinary needs.
We Prefer Effective Natural Treatments
We now offer a full line of herbal medicinals alternatives to augment or replace the drugs your pet may be taking right now. We also offer pheromone therapy to help puppies transition to their new home the first three days after leaving their dam.
When you come for your appointment, we encourage questions and hope you ask us about any therapies, nutrition, behavior, or health advice you may need. You can print out our Pre-Visit Guide to organize your questions and save time.
