Dr. Kim Girouard has been a part of the VCA Keizer team since May 1985. He earned his DVM in 1983 from Oregon State University and Washington State University. He is certified in veterinary acupuncture and has a professional interest in soft tissue reconstructive surgery and reproductive medicine. Dr. Girouard was awarded Rotarian of the Year and served as past Keizer Rotary Club President, past Keizer Iris Festival Chair, past Keizer Iris Festival Parade Chair, past Keizer Chamber of Commerce Board Member, and past Willamette Humane Society board member. Dr. Girouard has two children, Michelle and Ryan, and a 4 year-old Havanese named Roxley.read more
Dr. Diana Skillman is new to the Keizer Veterinary team as of July 2017. She graduated from St. George's University on the island of Grenada but finished her last year at Oregon State University. Doctor Skillman's areas of interest include soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. Doctor Skillman has two cats named Cedric and Rowan as well as two dogs named Onyxia, a Chihuahua-Italian greyhound cross, and Diesel, a long-haired Chihuahua. She is married to her wonderful husband, Johnathan and they have a baby girl on the way. Doctor Skillman enjoys camping, board gaming, and cooking when she is away from the clinic.read more
Dr. Hatch joined the VCA Keizer Veterinary Hospital team in November of 2014. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oregon State University in 2007. Dr. Hatch has a special interest in behavioral medicine. She is a member of the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Hatch knew from a very young age that she wanted to be a veterinarian; she has always had a love for both animals and science. She loves being able to see and hug furry critters every day! Dr. Hatch is married and has a beautiful daughter, Morgan. They also share their house with a Golden Retriever named Athena.
Outside of work, Dr. Hatch enjoys reading suspense novels, scrapbooking, and watching movies.
