We are a high-quality practice with a warm, small town feel. Blackstone Valley Animal Hospital is a full-service facility offering a wide variety of services from preventative medicine, diagnostics, radiology, dentistry and surgery.
We understand the strong bond between human and pet so we care for each patient as if they were our own. One of our goals is to educate each pet owner on the best ways to prevent disease and detect problems early. We have plans for all stages of life to help your pet live a long happy life from the early years through the senior years. We tailor each pet’s treatment plan to suit their individual history, environment and lifestyle.

Dr. Clarey received her Bachelor's Degrees in both Biology and Psychology at Boston University, and her DVM from Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine. She has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1994, caring for pets in private, academic, and industry settings. Her special interests include reconstructive soft tissue surgery and emergency medicine.
She shares her small farm with a husband, son, Golden Retriever Chance, cat Zeppo, and pygmy goats Wiggy and Bucephalus.

Dr. Crecelius has a number of advanced degrees, and enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities. She has been at Blackstone Valley for 9 years and has many beloved clients and patients. She has done relief work all over the area for many years, focusing on small animals and emergency medicine. She enjoys kayaking, gardening, skiing, and travelling. Cheryl has two adorable little dogs, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Gracie and a Papillon named Brie, and 5 cats.
