Dr. John Hatch
Dr. John Hatch

Originally from Ireland, Dr. Hatch graduated from the University College of Dublin in 1988 with a veterinary degree. Dr. Hatch lives in Summit, NJ with his 2 dogs Liam and Mabel and his many cats (lots of rescues! ). Both of his dogs and most of his cats were adopted through Secaucus Animal Hospital.

In his spare time Dr. Hatch loves to go to the movies, read, garden and head back to Cape Cod and is very active with his local church. He is also a member of the Northern New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Deepali Herlekar
Dr. Deepali Herlekar

Dr Herlekar is originally from India where she got her bachelors degree in veterinary medicine from Bombay Veterinary College. She practiced in India and then came to USA to pursue a masters degree in physiology from Penn State University, following which she was engaged in E. Coli research. She has been practicing as a small animal veterinarian in NJ for the past two years. Dr. Herlekar´┐Żs interests include internal medicine, ophthalmology, geriatric care and preventive medicine. When not working, she likes bird watching, reading, watching movies and cooking.

Dr. Lauren Korecky
Dr. Lauren Korecky

Dr. Lauren Korecky to the Secaucus Animal Hospital! Dr. Korecky was born and raised in Manalapan, New Jersey. She attended the University of Rhode Island for her undergraduate education, where she earned a degree in Aquaculture. Following graduation, she worked at the Turtleback Zoo in West Orange, New Jersey for 2 years, followed by a year and a half at a small animal practice. Dr. Korecky earned her degree in veterinary medicine from the Atlantic Veterinary College, located on Prince Edward Island, Canada. During her time at vet school, she completed an externship at the New England Aquarium, where she worked with fish, penguins, aquatic reptiles and marine mammals. Her professional interests include surgery, behavior, anesthesia, pain management and exotics medicine.

In her spare time she enjoys hiking, traveling, drawing, and playing video games. She loves bulldogs and is the proud owner of Lenny Kravitz, a Russian tortoise.
