Dr. Bergman is the principal veterinary investigator for the recently conditionally-licensed canine melanoma vaccine available from Merial. He is available for appointments at Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center on most Mondays.
Dr. Bergman is an adjunct faculty member of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and will continue/expand his cancer vaccine program.
Dr. Bergman is the Medical Director of Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center.

Dr. Duffy graduated veterinary school from Colorado State University in 1998 where she went onto complete an internship at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital. Dr. Duffy has been with Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center since 2002.

Dr. Joyce Wagner is medical director and an emergency doctor at Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center. Prior to joining us she was a member of the Emergency and Critical Care team at Animal Specialty Center in Yonkers, NY. She received her undergraduate degree in physics from Middlebury College in Vermont and went on to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in Massachusetts. Dr. Wagner then completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at New York City Veterinary Specialists.
DVM, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Shumaker received her undergraduate degree in animal science from Cornell University and then went on to Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine (class of 2003). She then completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at VCA South Shore Animal Hospital in Weymouth, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center, Dr. Shumaker practiced in Manhattan for 9 years and then for 1 year in Westchester county. In her free time, she spends time with her husband, 2 kids, and one goofy golden retriever.
