I have wanted to be a veterinarian since I was young. I was given my first opportunity to get hands on experience during high school with a small private practice in Beaumont, TX. I continued to work as a veterinary technician at Texas A&M veterinary teaching hospital while I completed my undergraduate studies and before starting veterinary school. Getting those hands on experience sonly cemented my desire to do what it took to obtain my goal to become a veterinarian. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors, cooking, and taking photos of animals and nature.
