Dr. Velotta has been practicing medicine for many years. She completed her associate's degree at Bellevue College as part of the Running Start program, then her bachelor's in animal science and DVM degrees from Washington State University. Her interest in veterinary medicine began while raising and showing pets for 4H leading to helping friends and family care for their pets as well as observing at a specialty hospital and her passion was born. Her favorite part of working with animals is solving their mysteries as they are unable to tell us on their own, and helping them feel better. Dr. Velotta's experience with 4H has lead to treating exotic animals on occasion. In her spare time, Dr. Velotta works with her personal pets in the Fly Ball arena and raising rabbits.read more
