Dr. Lovelace graduated from Texas A&M in 1987. He has been practicing in San Antonio since that time. He came to work for Banfield in 2008 after selling his own practice. He lives with his 2 cats Tigger and Mr. Nubbs.

Dr. Allstott is a graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association. Along with her love of dogs and cats, Dr. Allstott also has a special interest in exotic medicine. Dr. Allstott has been happily married for over 10 years and has three dogs, a cat, six birds, and two ferrets. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
