My name is Dr. Lauren Salgo. I was born and raised in Reno, NV and received my Bachelor of Science in animal sciences as well as my DVM from Oregon State University in 2013. I am happy to be working back home! My interests include preventive care, dentistry and internal medicine. I get to put all of them into practice here at Banfield! My furry family consists of a cat named Leslie Knope and a beagle named April Ludgate.
Dr. Sandra Bell has been with Banfield for 4 years. She is a graduate of Oregon State University. Her areas of interest are dentistry, dermatology, and internal medicine. She loves educating clients about their pets' health and strives to deliver the best comprehensive care to each and every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and trying new restaurants. She lives in Reno with her husband and their 3 pets (Charlie- beagle, Ivory and Ebony- cats).
Dr. Jennifer Blamire has been with Banfield since 2015 and is currently our Chief of Staff. She is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences. Her areas of interest are gastroenterology and soft tissue surgery. She has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2012 and originally worked in Las Vegas, NV prior to moving to Reno. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, hiking, and spending time in Lake Tahoe. She lives in Reno with her husband and their dog Dalton.
