I moved to Colorado Springs from north Mississippi in the fall and have been enjoying it since. At home I have two dogs, Louis the terrier and Hiro the Corgi; they have both adapted from the heat of the south to loving the mountain snow. Out of the clinic I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, seeing concerts and spending time at home relaxing. My favorite part of veterinary medicine is meeting clients and being able to help them by caring for their furry family members.read more
Dr. Okerberg moved to Colorado from Huntsville, AL after graduating Summa Cum Laude from veterinary school in 2018. Dr. Okerberg has a special interest in clinical pathology and internal medicine. He is passionate about preventive care and early diagnosis of disease in his patients.
When out of the hospital Dr. Okerberg enjoys reading, watching baseball, cheering on his alma mater (Auburn University) in college football, and fishing. Most of all he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his girlfriend and their four dogs.
