Dr. Laura Reiss
Dr. Laura Reiss

Dr. Reiss was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Very early on in life that she knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. She moved to Georgia in 1996 and attended The University of Georgia receiving both her undergraduate degrees in biology and animal science along with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Reiss joined Banfield in 2011 and focuses her expertise on providing comprehensive preventative care to her patients. She believes that with client education and preventative care, pets can live longer, healthier and happier lives. She has two black cats, Magic and Twinkle. In her free time, Dr. Reiss enjoys rock hounding, visiting amusement parks and playing Pokemon Go and Final Fantasy 14.

Dr. Aurelio Arenas
Dr. Aurelio Arenas

Dr. Arenas was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Venezuela and Italy. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Saint Mary Federal University in Brazil and fully accredited to practice in the USA, Brazil and Venezuela. He is bilingual in both Spanish and English. Dr. Arenas takes special interest in all fields of small animal practice and surgery. When he is not working, Dr. Arenas enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, their cat named Nellie and two Parrot Fish., Dr. Arenas also enjoys the outdoors, motorcycle riding, motorcycle races and flying radio controlled airplanes.

Dr. Melissa Navarro Torres
Dr. Melissa Navarro Torres

Dr. Navarro Torres was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She received her bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in San Juan. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University.
Dr. Navarro Torres joined Banfield in 2015. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. She enjoys ophthalmology and hopes to expand her practice to include large animals.

Dr. Christopher Inniss
Dr. Christopher Inniss

Dr. Inniss is a 1999 graduate of the Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine and is the current Chief of Staff. He has received additional veterinary training and has interests in exotic animal medicine and care, internal medicine, ophthalmology, dermatology and soft-tissue surgery. He also coaches many newly graduate veterinarians in the often difficult transition from academia to clinical practice and has other interests in mentoring younger future veterinarians seeking guidance. Dr. Inniss enjoys managing the balance of patient care, customer experience, and hospital management in this growing hospital team.
