Dr. Missy Henton graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She joined Banfield Pet Hospital after Veterinary School and spent the first 6 years at the Maplewood, MN location. Dr. Henton moved to Colorado Springs in 2015. Her areas of interest are soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. She has a golden retriever (Norman), a rescue mixed breed (Penny), and a cat named Grapee. Dr. Stephanie Kennedy was born and raised in Germany. Ever since she was a young child she wanted to become a veterinarian and help animals.
Dr. Kennedy graduated in 2008 from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany with a doctorate in veterinary medicine.
For the next 2.5 years, she worked at a busy 24 hour small animal clinic near W�rzburg, Germany. In the fall of 2010, she relocated to Colorado.
Being a veterinarian is not just a job for Dr.Kennedy, it is her passion. Her special interests are internal medicine, the care for senior pets, dog behavior and reproduction.
She likes to spend her time off with her family and hiking with her three Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
Dr. Kennedy began working at Banfield Pet Hospital December of 2013 and is proud to be able to provide high quality veterinary care to her clients� pets.
