Rachel Tapp, DVM

Dr. Tapp received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Carson Newman University and went on to attend veterinary school at The University of Tennessee. After graduating in 2008, she started working at Banfield in Charlotte, North Carolina. She returned to Banfield in Hixson in 2014 after a year in private practice. Her special interests include Ophthalmology and Feline Medicine. In her free time, she loves on her 2 cats (Niblet & Nutmeg) and her dog (Bertie) as well as participating in church activities and volunteering at McKamey.
