I was born and raised in Boone, Iowa and attended nearby Iowa State University for both my undergraduate and veterinary medicine classes. In 2005, I recieved my DVM and decided to move to Portland and experience life in the Pacific Northwest. I have been practicing at the Beaverton Banfield since my move from the midwest in December of 2005. I have a cat named Cammie.

I was born in Santa Clara, California but was raised between California, Oregon, and Idaho. I lived in Boise, ID, for 9 years before attending Washington State University in Pullman, Wa. I received my B.S. in Zoology from Washington State University College of Science and Washington State University Honors College in 2004 and received my DVM from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 (Go Cougs!). After spending quite awhile in eastern Washington and Northern Idaho during school, I yearned for some rain and convinced my husband to move to Beaverton, OR, to start practicing small animal medicine. We've been here for three wonderful years with our dogs (Capone and Rogan) and our cat Mickey (siamese mix). Capone is our boxer with a lot of medical "quirks" (heart murmur, horrible teeth, and elevated kidney/liver values) and Rogan is our perfectly healthy mutt who looks like a puppy despite his age. Mickey is our cat with a huge personality who enjoys hunting and patrolling our neighborhood. My husband and I have an adorable young daughter who keeps us very busy!

I was born and raised in Oxford, MI. After graduating from Michigan State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 (for the second time; I received my B.S. in Zoology from Michigan State in 2002), I decided that 26 years in Michigan was enough! I moved to Oregon to complete an equine internship following graduation, but decided that my true interest was in small animal medicine. I currently have 2 kitties, Circe and Lir. Circe is my hyperthyroid kitty who is anxiously awaiting her radioiodine treatment; she loves to eat and sleep in the sun. Lir was adopted from Banfield after he came in with a urethral obstruction; he loves to eat anything plastic and chase his laser (and Circe!).
