Joe Dendy, DVM
Joe Dendy, DVM

Dr. Dendy graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1975. He joined Banfield in February 2001, and became our Chief of Staff in 2003. He has an extensive background in Veterinary Medicine including equine and bovine medicine. In his free time he enjoys sailing, and building his airplane. He's been married to his wife Linda for 40 years with 2 adult children. Bring your pets in to meet Dr. Dendy and his staff today.

Jack Vincent, D.V.M.
Jack Vincent, D.V.M.

After graduating from UC Davis in 1957 Dr. Vincent engaged in post doctoral viral research for one year. For the most part he has been a self employed veterinary limiting to small animal practice; then later went on to serve as a veterinary consultant and small animal hospital inspector the State of California Veterinary Medical Board. During this time he was a Campus Veterinarian at UC Santa Barbara. For the last ten years he has been with Banfield and has worked at Oxnard, Valencia and is Currently at the Bakersfield location. The practice of veterinary medicine has always been and still remains a life long passion and commitment to improving the quality of lives of small animals and in that way, their owners.

David Chao, DVM
David Chao, DVM

Dr. David Chao was born in Beijing, China. He moved to the U.S. when he was in High School. He Attended University of California, San Diego and received a Bachelor of Science degree in animal physiology and neuroscience. He later graduated from Ross University, School of Veterinary Medicine, and received a degree for Doctor of Veterinary medicine. Dr. Chao received his clinical training at the University of Florida Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Dr. Chao joined the Banfield team in 2013. He has worked at both Bakersfield locations joining the Ming hospital at the begining of 2015. He enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and photography as his hobbies.

Carly Titanich

Dr. Carly Titanich graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada in June of 2017. She moved to Bakersfield with her husband and three pets (a dachshund and two cats) to get away from the snow and cold. On her days off, Dr. Titanich enjoys going to the beach, baking and having games nights with her friends.
