Ted M. Hankes, DVM
Ted M. Hankes, DVM

Dr. Ted M. Hankes is the owner of All Creatures Pet Hospital; having purchased the former, Allen Animal Clinic, from Dr. William Allen in June of 2005. Dr Hankes earned a B.S. in Animal and Dairy Science and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, from Auburn University. His areas of interest are dermatology, internal medicine and surgery along with general medicine.

Dr. Hankes is retired from the Army Reserve and is a veteran of the War in Afghanistan where he served as commander of Veterinary Forces. He has numerous Army Medals including the Bronze Star which he was awarded for his time in Afghanistan. In 2006 he was awarded the "Young Achievers Award" from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine for his contribution to the field of Veterinary Medicine. The former Eagle Scout still enjoys fishing, camping and hunting. Dr. Hankes and his wife Michelle have four children and reside in Fultondale.
