Associate Veterinarian
Veterinary School: University of Georgia

Dr. London is a York native and after graduating from York Suburban in 1973, he attended George Washington University and graduated from Penn State University in 1977. A Master's degree in Veterinary Parasitology came next, then he graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 1984.

After working in several practices, Dr. London started his own hospital in 1988. Committed to client education, his practice steadily grew and he added the first of his associate veterinarians in 1994.

Living in East York with his wife Elizabeth, Dr. London tries to find time for his hobbies and children. He has two daughters and a son and enjoys astronomy, archaeology and target shooting.

"I enjoy meeting all of the pets that come to our practice for care," Dr. London says. "Over the years I've realized how much I also enjoy getting to know the pets' families--the human side of veterinary medicine. In many cases I've been fortunate to build relationships with more than one generation. That's very important to me, building that relationship of trust."- Dr. London

Medical Director
Veterinary School: North Carolina State University

Suzanne R Steeley, DVM, joined the practice in November 2005 and was promoted to Medical Director in April 2015. After growing up in northern Lancaster County, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Small Animal Science at Delaware Valley College. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University. Previously, Dr Steeley managed a small animal practice in Chester County. She enjoys feline medicine, endocrinology, and general medicine and surgery.

Dr Steeley currently resides in the Etters area with her husband, along with their boxer mix and six cats. In her free time, she enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay, biking, hiking, reading and spending time in her garden.

"As a veterinarian my job is challenging, rewarding and never, ever, boring," says Dr Steeley. "People still surprise me and I'm learning every day. While I enjoy feline medicine and have 6 cats of my own, my most rewarding patients have been my dogs. My golden retriever came to me when she was 3 weeks old with both of her back legs broken. Even after surgery she was always happy and enthusiastic with that big golden smile. My pit bull/lab mix was diagnosed with bone cancer at 10 years of age. With a six month (at most) life expectancy, we amputated her leg and she lived another almost 5 years. It makes even the roughest days worthwhile."- Dr. Steeley

Veterinary School: University of Pennsylvania

Dr. Jessica Dymun has been a member of the VCA team since January 2014. Originally from Pittsburgh, Dr. Dymun is a graduate of Kenyon College and received her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She has worked at several clinics in both York and Lancaster Counties, and along with her past experience as a veterinary technician, Dr. Dymun also worked for several years under Dr. London prior to joining the VCA staff.

Now living in Lancaster County, Dr. Dymun spends her free time taking care of her own pets and loves to participate in trail running. She also takes particular joy in working on the farm, where her favorite "chore" is tending to the chickens!

"You can learn so much about an animal's condition simply by listening to their owner," she says. "It's very important to have all the facts and then educate clients to make sure they understand everything they need to know about their pets' health care. I love being able to develop that relationship and rapport with both the owners and the pets who come to me for help."
