Charles E. London

Medical Director
Veterinary School: University of Georgia

Dr. London is a York native and after graduating from York Suburban in 1973, he attended George Washington University and graduated from Penn State University in 1977. A Master's degree in Veterinary Parasitology came next, and then he graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1984.

After working in several practices, Dr. London started his own hospital in 1988. Committed to client education, his practice steadily grew until he added associates in 1994.

Living in East York with his wife Elizebeth, Dr. London tries to find time for his hobbies and children. He has two daughters and a son and enjoys astronomy and target shooting.

Elena Shockman

Associate Veterinarian
Veterinary School: University of Pennsylvania

Elena grew up in Jenkintown, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. Although she grew up in the suburbs, she was always a farm girl at heart. She attended Pennsylvania State University for her undergraduate degree. She majored in Animal Bioscience and minored in Microbiology. In her spare time she rode with the Penn State Equestrian Team. Elena spent the year prior to vet school in research at Temple University studying Streptococcus mutants bio-films, the bacterium most commonly associated with dental cavities.

Elena continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania for her veterinary degree. After graduation, she spent a year in California for her internship, but decided Pennsylvania was where her heart lies. So she returned to the east coast to start her career.

Elena likes to spend her free time horseback riding, or relaxing with her boxer, Marley.

Chris Sicuranza

Associate Veterinarian
Veterinary School: University of Pennsylvania

Dr. Sicuranza is a York, PA native and graduated in 2002 from Dallastown Area High School. He attended the University of Delaware and graduated in 2006. Then he studied at the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School and graduated in 2010.

After practicing bovine medicine in California, Dr. Sicuranza changed course and began practicing small animal medicine in York.

His hobbies include fishing, sports, camping and bee keeping. He also enjoys playing the harmonica.

Suzanne Weaver

Associate Veterinarian
Veterinary School: North Carolina State University

Suzanne R. Weaver, DVM, joined Dr. London's practice in November 2005. After growing up in northern Lancaster County, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Small Animal Science at Delaware Valley College. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from North Carolina State University in 1999. Prior to working with Dr. London, she lived in Chester County and managed a small animal practice there for more than 5 years, and was an associate at another practice in York County for about a year. She enjoys feline medicine, general medicine, and surgery.

Currently residing in the Red Lion area, she enjoys hiking with her 2 dogs (a golden retriever and a pit bull mix) and playing with her 3 cats. In her free time, she also likes to read, cook, travel, and spend time in her garden.
