Scott Loveless, DVM
Dr. Loveless, our Chief of Staff, has been part of the team at Harris Boulevard Veterinary Clinic since July 2006. A local, he grew up in Charlotte where he continues to reside. Dr. Loveless received his undergraduate degree from the Western Carolina University in 1999 and his DVM from North Carolina State University in 2003. Since graduating from veterinary school Dr. Loveless has worked at Dickson Animal Clinic in Gastonia, North Carolina.
Dr. Loveless' medical interests include dermatology and dentistry. In his free time he enjoys a range of activities including backpacking, camping, skiing and working on his computer. He also likes spending time with his friends and family. The four-legged members of his family include 2 cats (B & Lochland) and a dog (Frodo).
Dr. Jeffrey Kline
Dr. Kline is a new addition to the Harris Boulevard Veterinary Clinic team, joining us in January 2010. Growing up in Bethesda, Maryland, he now happily resides in Mooresville, North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1975 and undertook his veterinary studies at the Araneta University, College of Veterinary Medicine in the Philippines, earning his DVM in 1979. Dr. Kline went on to work at the Village Veterinary Clinic in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He then bought an established practice and became a solo practitioner for 18 years. For the past 12 years, he has practiced nearby at Lake Norman Animal Hospital in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Within veterinary medicine, Dr. Kline is interested in internal medicine, surgery, and dermatology. He truly believes in delivering the best possible care for his clients and their pets. Outside of work, Dr. Kline is an avid runner, golfer and guitarist. Given the choice of the beach or the mountains, he chooses the beach! Dr. Kline enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and daughters Caitlin and Kelsey, who visit frequently from college. The Kline family members love their many pets: two dogs (Calvin and Candi) and three cats (Little Buddy, Pearl, and Cosmo).
