Dr. Jeri Littlefield was born in Oklahoma. She lived in Georgia for 12 years before moving back to Oklahoma to finish college. She graduated with a B.S. in Physiology in 2003, and then received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University in 2007.
She worked in several small animal practices in the Denver, CO area from 2007-2014. She has a special passion for feline medicine, and is currently in pursuit of becoming board certified in feline practice. She has completed over 90 hours of continuing education specifically about cats! She joined Banfield in July 2014, and is now thrilled to call Lexington home!
Dr. Littlefield married her wonderful husband in 2001, and they have two young sons and a daughter. Her husband is a gunsmith who teaches at Piedmont Technical College. In her spare time, Dr. Littlefield loves to spend quality time with her children and read great books.
Special interests: feline medicine, dentistry, preventative medicine.

Dr. Cantrell is a native of South Carolina, graduating from Clemson University in 2010. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University, and completed her clinical training at NC State�s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She worked for Banfield prior to veterinary school, and has been an Associate Veterinarian at the Lexington hospital since February 2014. She has a special interest in endocrinology, and has a soft spot for Golden Retrievers. She and her fianc� live in Aiken with their two dogs and two cats. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, sports (watching, not playing), and lazy days at home.read more
Dr. Christina Read was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. Christina completed her undergraduate studies at Washington State University with a Bachelors of Science. After working as a lab technician at an agricultural laboratory, she made the decision to go back to school to achieve her life-long goal of becoming a veterinarian. Christina attended Ross University and was awarded a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. While in St. Kitts, she spent free time coaching for the Special Olympics Swim Team. She completed her clinical year at Oklahoma State University. After graduation, she and her fianc� moved to South Carolina where they have started to set down roots.
Dr. Read enjoys swimming, traveling, skiing, camping, and hiking the local trails with her family and dog, Joshua.
Dr. Read takes pride in her career and enjoys caring for animals. She demonstrates quality of care when treating your pet in a comfortable, caring environment.
