I grew up in the San Joaquin Valley in the small town of Escalon. I received his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Humboldt State University. Following graduation from Humboldt State, I went on to the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. I graduated in 2009. I have worked in the East Contra Costa Area since graduation. My areas of interest in veterinary medicine are surgery, especially orthopedic, and emergency medicine.
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters as well as our two dachshunds, Darwin and Einstein. As a family we enjoy being outside enjoying the area, visiting Disneyland, and traveling to dance competitions in which my daughters compete.

I currently enjoy living in the Bay Area with my fianc´┐Ż, our dog Austin, and our two cats, Lucille and Gene Parmesan. In my free time I enjoy baking and playing Ultimate Frisbee. My veterinary interests include surgery, behavior, feline medicine, and animal rescue work.
